Rachid Zaari
Designer

Mr Zaari joined SCHWEIZER*WALDROFF ARCHITECTS, INC in 2005. He serves as architectural designer and project manager for several projects of public safety and hospitality in Volusia county and Orlando, FL. He is also responsible for the firm's International Service branch. As such, he uses his field experience to promote the firm's services for Morocco.
Prior to joining SWA, Mr Zaari was established as an independent architect in Morocco where he founded his own architectural service company AAZ in 1994. He was responsible for the design team and Investment Projects Management. He has designed, permitted and managed a wide range of projects including public administration, education, hospitality and industrial projects.
Prior to founding AAZ, Mr Zaari served as an architect and urban expert for EXCOSER. He was contracted in 1992 as a consultant and coordinator to lead the research team for the urban renovation of the under equipped areas of the City of Tangier in Morocco. Word Bank financed the project.
Prior to joining EXCOSER, Mr Zaari served as a project architect for Atelier 50 and TAO, in Brussels, Belgium. He was part of the design team for numerous projects for the City of Brussels, and also some large-scale projects for Siemens Nixdorf and IBM.
