While in Belgium his role was to specifically act as liaison between the government agencies and the investor (The World Bank). Mr. Zaari is a native Moroccan and is fluent in Arabic, French and English. He has an impeccable ability to interact successfully with a variety of cultures and is a true "people person". Mr. Zaari is a licensed architect in Morocco and is able to perform work from both our headquarters in Florida or in Morocco.
